SAVA PRIME does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or used products, unless required by applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
For hygiene and product quality reasons, products that have been used are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match its description, please contact us as soon as possible.
We encourage customers to report visible damage within 7 calendar days of receiving their order.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging where possible.
The 7-day reporting period does not limit your statutory consumer rights regarding defects discovered later.
If a product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, SAVA PRIME will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
For eligible claims, SAVA PRIME will cover reasonable return shipping costs or arrange collection of the product.
We do not accept returns of used products due to change of mind or personal preference.
However, customers retain their legal rights if a product has a manufacturing defect or does not meet applicable quality requirements.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are normally processed within 7–14 business days after approval. Additional processing time may depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
